The option to have breakfast in the room without extra cost and the location were positives. However, the room advertised a desk but none was provided. The coffee table on the sofa was broken in places, and the complaint about the hallway and bathroom was that the wall was cracked and we had to stick a mask on our feet. There wasn’t even a single water bottle in the room, despite it being a supposed 4‑star and we had booked a superior room. There were also tags on the toilet door.

I was very well welcomed, the hotel is very close to the train station, and the bar was friendly. The room was badly insulated and the carpet was heavily stained.

The staff were very friendly and spoke German, but the breakfast was average, not outstanding.

The room was poorly soundproofed and had aged badly, with children crying in neighboring rooms, and the carpet was stained; the breakfast fell short, and getting to the parking was a hassle.
