The location was fine. But when you arrive, nobody helps with the luggage, there are no kids' amenities (just a shower cap), and the staff seem reluctant to fulfill requests, doing it with a bad attitude. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold and runny, but the coffee was good. Overall a bad experience; I hope they improve, but I won't return.

I made the reservation with my card and the amount wasn’t charged. It wasn’t refunded either, and I didn’t receive it. The invoice was supposed to be sent by e‑mail as mentioned. I’d rather not comment further.
