The hotel is beautiful with excellent value for money. The breakfast was superb, and the staff were courteous and always ready to help. It’s connected to a huge shopping mall and the view is stunning, especially at night. The front‑desk team even helped me solve a delicate issue—thanks a lot. The dinner was good and of high quality, but the western options were limited and the menu was the same every day. Everything else was perfect.

The location, cleanliness, and breakfast were all great. The staff were flexible and understanding toward the client. Our flight was late, and they honored our request to check out 1–2 hours later. We stayed less than a full day, so we didn’t notice any shortcomings. Even using other hotel services didn’t give us enough time.

“Memorable, luxurious, welcoming!”

We picked Hotel Jen Beijing for an anniversary staycation and felt truly special. Even before arrival, the hotel’s communication was easy, friendly, and incredibly helpful. At check‑in we were congratulated on our anniversary, told we’d been upgraded, and offered a complimentary bottle of red or white wine. The process was efficient, warm, and welcoming. We were escorted to our 21st‑floor room, and the moment the door opened, we were genuinely blown away. The huge curved floor‑to‑ceiling window framed one of the best city views imaginable, with the CCTV Tower front and centre—absolutely spectacular. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with a bath that looked directly toward the CCTV Tower, a separate shower, and all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury stay. To make our anniversary even more special, the hotel placed a single rose on the bed and left us a lovely Happy Anniversary cake. What truly stood out was the staff: everyone we met was welcoming, thoughtful, flexible, and had a genuine smile and a wonderful can‑do attitude. Breakfast was another highlight; we were shown to a lovely table, served steaming hot frothy coffee, and then left to enjoy the enormous buffet at our own pace. The selection was fantastic, plentiful, and seemed to have something for everyone. A friend had mentioned that the pool and gym at Hotel Jen are among the best in Beijing, so they’re next on our list to explore! It was a truly memorable anniversary staycation at a fantastic hotel—superb location, spectacular views, excellent facilities, and most importantly, genuinely lovely people. We will definitely return. Everything went beyond expectations!
