There was no fridge, no hair‑dryer and no towels in the room, and we found bugs while the bedding was dirty. I checked out after being promised a refund, but later they changed their mind and said they couldn’t return the money.

The hotel is a ten‑minute walk from the free World Cup shuttle stop, which helped me keep costs down compared with Monte‑Rey hotels during the tournament. However, there was no refrigerator or hangers, the TV remote was unusable (so I couldn’t watch anything), and I had to ask the front desk for towels and replacements.
