“Really bad experience”
No positives to mention; the customer service and cleaning left a lot to be desired.

The rooms were much larger than expected; the King room was HUGE, with plenty of hot water and AC working well. The staff were very nice. We stayed in three rooms—two downstairs in the Handicap Accessible area and one on the 3rd floor. The staff told us the Accessible rooms would be older, so we didn't expect them to be fancy, just clean. They said they were renovating some 3rd‑floor rooms with newer fixtures, and we saw one of those rooms in use by family, which was better and cleaner but still VERY poorly lit, so if you stay here ask for the 3rd floor and bring extra light. Nothing looked like the pictures, inside or out. It wasn't the safest area. The pool and spa were unusable, and there was no pet‑friendly grassy space at all. Honestly, just driving up, we would have left for other lodging, but our stay was prepaid and non‑refundable. Many parking spots were unusable due to household or construction items. People were working on their cars in the main area, with oil spills and large car parts left against the fence. The check‑in area had a bad smell—possibly trash or cat spray—that lingered down the lower hall to our room, though it was less noticeable in the room. The Accessible Parking was far from the rooms, and walking from parking to check‑in and then to the rooms down the narrow hall around pillars was a bit of a challenge. Our room was at the end of the downstairs hallway, which seemed to be used as a trash storage area. A large couch stood on its end outside our room, having been outside for some time, next to a large rolling trash container that smelled badly and remained untended for our 2‑day stay. This was in the area designated for handicap‑accessible rooms, making it difficult to navigate with a wheelchair. The lighting throughout the room was very bad, with no lamps near the bed, just one bulb in the sleeping area, one near the sink, and one in the bathroom. We had to use our phone lights to see into our suitcases. Putting on makeup was mostly guessing, so I gave up and used the mirror in our car. Several spider webs on the bedside tables and in the bathroom were full of dead bugs that I cleaned away. The bathroom floor was dirty, especially along the wall that had no baseboard. The toilet had to be held down until it flushed completely, then pulled back up to stop the water from running.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The key card stopped working halfway through the stay, and the shower pressure was too high to use—the water hurt when it hit.

I wouldn’t recommend staying there at all; the place was poorly maintained, dated, and I didn’t feel safe.

The hotel's staff was absolutely lovely and really went out of their way to help with anything I needed. Unfortunately, the room itself was a different story - the bathroom and main area were basically just one open space, and the rough finishes didn't exactly scream 'quality'. To make matters worse, there were a few missing outlet covers and a lingering smell of fresh paint that was pretty overpowering.
