The staff felt like family, very affectionate. The setting was calm and quiet, breakfast was tasty, and the location was great—far from the bustle for peace yet close enough to walk everything and park the car at the lodge’s lot, which I recommend because the city gets jammed during festivals. I had to ask for extra blankets and towels because the room didn’t have enough for everyone, and I wish the payment options included interest‑free installments like other hotels I’ve used.

The people who welcomed us were amazing. We had flight issues both ways, and they all stepped in to help—hiring an app ride, coordinating taxis, or even giving us a lift to the nearest departure point. I give them a perfect 10.
