The experience was excellent: the house was in perfect condition, very clean and fully equipped, comfortable, bright, and exactly as shown in the listing; the location was quiet and pleasant, ideal for resting, and we felt very comfortable and happy. The owner was attentive and kind, and I would definitely rent this house again and recommend it 100%.

The outdoor garden and pool were nice. The cleaning was rough, the furnishings were cheap, sterile, and tasteless, there were few low‑quality towels, and the bed required you to prepare it yourself with hair‑stained, non‑white sheets; the house was cold even though we left the heater on.

The outdoor pool area and garden with grill were simply top; the overall size of the accommodation and the pool area were super! Inside, the furnishings were a bit cold and the bedrooms were very minimalistic—just enough, but the beds were very small.

It’s a very quiet place to rest; everything was very clean, and the pool and garden were also nice.

I’m delighted to recommend this rental: an exceptional villa with very pleasant, attentive, and highly available owners who give great advice. The place is beautiful and peaceful in a subdivision just steps from the beach, everything is new and well maintained. If I may offer a tiny critique, a TV decoder or language setting could be improved for perfection. Thanks, Pepi.
