The only perk was the location. The bathroom was infested with ants, the rug and chairs were dirty, and the bathroom and shower weren't scrubbed properly; the door was cracked and hard to open when I was showering. The only clean area was the bed.

We chose this place in Monrovia because it was the best value we could find. However, the bathroom had ants, the TV screen was broken, the room wasn’t clean, fixtures were loose, the mini‑fridge leaked, and there were probably other issues.
