“Бассейн сделайте доступным для отдыхающих , разнообразьте завтраки , фруктов больше и овощей”
The hotel is clean and modern. The staff are friendly to Russian tourists, which is very relevant now, and there are Russian‑speaking staff. The location is bad, far from the city center; taxis in Yerevan are inexpensive, but you always need to take one, and traffic can take 30 minutes to the center. There are no shops or cafés nearby; the private sector feels unsafe on foot. I booked a single room for myself and my daughter, which was comfortable, but the room had no windows, just a view of the lobby, so I had to close the curtains and it was dark. The listing said it had a view. I asked to be moved to another room for an extra fee but was not satisfied. The toilet paper was only one roll; I had to ask the maid for more, and they gave one at a time. Breakfast was very modest for a 5‑star claim, but we were not starving and could pick what we wanted. The pools were another joke: we came for the pool, but it was so cold that at 30 °C we couldn’t enter; it felt like it was deliberately kept cold so people wouldn’t use it. Local cats drink from it because it’s the cleanest. The indoor pool is tiny, and after you get out you’re still in a cool room. Once we went to the hammam, the room was too small to sit comfortably in the dense steam; my daughter didn’t go, and I had no desire to go again. In short, the hotel doesn’t justify a 5‑star rating; at best it’s a 3.
