Very well located; the accommodation was very comfortable and almost noiseless; it met all expectations. A few things that aren’t worth mentioning. Everything was perfect, as much as possible.

Walking distance from the Vatican, the neighborhood feels very easy to navigate and the area is genuinely pleasant. Shopping nearby is great, and Alessandro was sweet and very nice. I’ll definitely return.

Excellent room in a very quiet building. The neighborhood is among the best in Rome, close to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. Bus lines run along the same street for convenient travel, and the metro is four blocks away. The host was very attentive when giving directions and willing to answer any questions, even sending messages to check that everything was fine. Thanks, Alessandro! I would come back for sure.

Well‑located in Rome for walking to the main sights, near the Vatican. The neighborhood is calm. Having a kettle, coffee machine, and mini fridge is handy. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean upon arrival, but the host didn’t come to the room at least once during the week to empty the trash, change towels, or make the bed. There were no cutlery in the dishes, which would have been useful for buying yogurt in the morning. The pastries were plastic‑wrapped and rather industrial. It was a bed‑only stay, not bed & breakfast.

The place’s location is fantastic—you can walk and see every highlight! Being in Rome feels safe. The room is sufficient for solo travelers, warm, cozy, and comfortable. Alessandro was a perfect host, ready to answer every question. The room and entrance rules were already arranged and easy to settle into. Highly recommended; I truly must say it again! See you next time.
