The room was nice with a kitchenette, plenty of space, a fairly large bathroom, and a parking spot right outside the door, though some furniture was a bit worn; overall it was clean.

The central location was good, but there was an unpleasant fishy odor in the room, mainly coming from the bathroom, which was not pleasant.

Everything was as good as always, but the bathroom door wouldn’t close!

The room was huge and the price was good. The bathroom was large and the bedroom was also very spacious. I couldn't hear any neighbors. Parking is available if you arrive on time. It’s very quiet over the weekend. The apartment is in an industrial area and the view faces a building materials yard. Some table surfaces and nightstands are a bit spotted from damage, and the chair at the table was a little dirty.
