The pool was big, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly. Our dog was also warmly welcomed. Everything was great – we’ll come back when we’re in the area again.

Close to Gardaland, free parking, dog‑friendly, with treats and a dog bowl. The room was large. However, room 2009 smelled of cigarette smoke, and there were several torn mosquito bites (blood spots) on the walls, plus many stains and scratches. The interior felt outdated. When I reported it to reception, there was no compensation. The staff didn’t care that day, but otherwise it was fine.

On arrival the place looked nice: two outdoor pools, one indoor, a spa, all surrounded by beautiful countryside near the lake, vineyards, and olive groves. The room was good, the bed comfortable, but the air‑conditioning worked only at the lowest setting and couldn’t be adjusted; the shower had a curtain (it was a bathroom for people with mobility issues). Over time it became clear that some areas lacked care and maintenance – dirty carpet, neglected gym (even though several guests used it in the morning), etc. The pool, gardens, and lobby were well kept. Reception staff were very few and the check‑in took a long time.

The property offers many amenities – spa, outdoor pools, bar, restaurant, bike rental, etc. Breakfast isn’t excellent but there’s plenty to choose from, and the restaurant is very good. The value for money is low; prices are high, the property feels a bit dated, and the rooms have several issues. We had a clogged sink and bad odors in the bathroom throughout our stay, even though we reported it multiple times to reception. The staff were indifferent when we paid.
