The place was tidy, and the desk clerk was okay, but the room felt cramped and cluttered; one side of the mattress was fine while the other sagged, and breakfast options were very limited with no one restocking items.

There was no filtered water or water cooler, no elevator so I had to haul luggage up flights of stairs, the staff at check‑in weren’t very personable, the rooms were acceptable but clearly needed a refresh, the room smelled of stale smoke and I had to keep the window open to ventilate it, and the blanket and coverlets were not great or washable – you need washable, fluffy comforters like in most other hotels.

I was disappointed that there were no eggs at breakfast, and that was the only issue.

Sheets and towels were dirty, the bed was as hard as a rock, breakfast was inedible, the desk person was unfriendly, the hot tub wasn’t very warm and wasn’t very clean.

The location feels sad and dirty; I literally got dirty walking on the rug, the shower curtain was stained and moldy, it was smelly and poorly lit, and even at $100 a night the place is poor value for money—if you stay, bring room slippers and be prepared for that.
