It was convenient for the city centre and also close to transport links Very quiet overnight on the first floor which helped us get a great nights sleep. The accommodation was a little rough around the edges, sealant and finish in the bathroom was looking tired and messy. A bit of TLC would make the biggest difference

The staff, food and size of rooms. It lacked attention to detail in the corridors and bathrooms. Some areas were dusty and paintwork was tired

The Duxford airshow was a big draw, so staying here made that trip super easy, and Cambridge itself was close by too. The staff were polite and attentive, and the triple room was just right for me and my two sons.

All the staff I met—housekeeping, restaurant, bar, reception—were professional and friendly. I booked a room that was suitable for my local friend who needed an electric wheelchair, but the bedroom was nice, the bathroom was dated, and the floor looked dirty, though I think it was just old tiles and fittings.
