Nicely renovated rooms in the city centre. The owner met us when we arrived and made us feel welcome. Very clean room and bathroom, and conveniently located. Lanciano is a friendly city and the people we met were all very kind

The spot is spot‑on, and the studio in the old refurbished house is lovely; the AC worked flawlessly and the window insulation kept street noise out. Everything was very good.
