“The facility was very clean and quiet. Great job!”
Breakfast was tasty, though I wished there were bacon options; the toilet was a bit noisy when flushing.

The place was spotless, and everything else was perfect, so I gave it a perfect score.

The manager was friendly and the staff were helpful, but the smoking area right at the front entrance is a real health hazard for people with asthma—Best Western advertised no smoking, yet smokers were lining up and making it hard to breathe; fixing that would make the hotel truly excellent.

Nothing good to say; they charged my boyfriend’s card three times for two nights, the receptionist yelled at him, he got angry and shouted back, and they blamed a booking error while threatening to call the cops; others were double‑charged too, and no one answered our refund requests—terrible service, not recommended.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond. The only issue was the limited breakfast options.
