The room and bathroom were clean. Everything was great, no complaints.

It was terrible: water was cut off for 8 hours, they called at 8 am to clean the bathtub, and demanded a €100 deposit for smoking in the room even though neither my partner nor I smoke, and it was never returned. When we left, we asked about the deposit and were told it was the woman who was on duty that afternoon, that we had to wait, but the deposit never came and they never answered the emails. We would never stay again.
