Best Western Heritage

The rooms were clean and nice, but while my colleague and I ate breakfast in the dining room, a rat ran past us and into the wall. We told hotel staff, who apologized and offered a fruit basket, yet seeing a rat in the dining area raises concerns about food cleanliness. I also saw what looked like feces on the elevator floor—unsure if from an animal or a child—but the hotel denied any issue.

“Best of the best , Best western heritage”

Everything – their food, their amenities – was top notch; I really loved it. Highly recommended hotel in Cox’s Bazar, and the receptionist Sajeda Apu and Touhid Bhai were very helpful, ensuring we received all our amenities and facilities properly. Speaking of breakfast, it’s far better than Joltorongo Hotel in Cox’s Bazar – I loved it. I think they should improvise the washing point outside the gate, add a bit of privacy and a changing room for cleaning up after coming from the beach.

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable, which made the room feel nice. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment – the selection was thin and the coffee was weak. To top it off, the gym was only half‑finished and there was no spa at all, so that part of the stay fell short.

“Price is too high than service. You could get better option with this price”

The hospitality was just okay, nothing spectacular, and the overall experience matched what I'd expect for the price, though I wouldn't call it a must‑stay. The poolside juice bar was surprisingly good and definitely worth a stop. On the downside, housekeeping missed spots and the bathroom felt dated – the fixtures were old and the appliances barely worked. So overall, decent but with clear maintenance issues.

The hotel's spot is right in the middle of everything, which was super convenient. Unfortunately the room felt dull and the lighting made it feel cramped, so the ambience didn't match the great location.
