Getting to the hotel was straightforward and check‑in/check‑out were hassle‑free, but the staff failed to ask the smokers to stop right outside the doors, which made walking through the front and back entrances unpleasant and left a lingering odor in the lobby.

“Worst hotel experience I've ever had, across 25+ countries and 3 decades of travel”

The location was okay, but this was the single worst hotel stay we've ever had: the first room was very dirty and smelled of smoke, so we asked for a move; in the second room the sofa‑bed mattress was filthy and so thin it was incredibly uncomfortable, my kids couldn't sleep at all, and the room had a moldy odor; the worst part was that there was no AC in the bedroom during a heat wave with a heat index of 105‑110 degrees, leaving us on the brink of sickness all night. We should have left in the middle of the night, but it was difficult with kids and cats; we left as soon as we could in the morning and the hotel refused to refund any fees despite failing to provide a basic advertised amenity (air conditioning). Trying to get a refund has become a months‑long process. Do not stay here, even though they accept pets—it's not worth it.
