“Location is very convenient, but because of the room smell we probably won’t come again”

The staff were very helpful and friendly, parking was good and easy to reach, and the room was very large, but the whole hotel has a certain “old” smell that’s not mold—perhaps from the wooden furniture—and the breakfast really wasn’t good, possibly because we were off season.

“Great place, but very noisy”

The property is huge, more like a palace, with large rooms, nice bathrooms, and a great coffee house at the front. The beds feel firm and there’s no Smart TV, so non‑Thai guests can’t watch anything. The biggest issue is the bedroom walls—they’re thin like paper! A young child in the adjacent room cried for two days straight; on the second night at 3 am I asked reception to move us, and they relocated us to the far end of the floor immediately, no questions asked, which is a common occurrence.

The hotel itself was flawless—everything was spot‑on. The location was the only downside: not far from the city but walking there was either impossible or dangerous.

The room was spacious, spotless and had a comfortably soft bed, plus a balcony with a beautiful mountain view; all the necessary toiletries and bathroom items were provided, and the reception and restaurant staff were polite and pleasant, delivering excellent service, while the breakfast offered a wide variety and the khao naam nam ya was delicious – I’d definitely stay again if I return to Phang Nga.
