“Decepcionante”

The location is spot‑on, right where I wanted to be, but the room was a nightmare – swarms of mosquitoes and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. It ruined what could have been a decent stay.

The front desk staff were super helpful, answering every question and even giving local tips. Unfortunately, the hotel sits on a hill and the sidewalk is pretty steep, so getting around was a bit of a workout.

The staff really stood out – attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The building, however, shows its age: rooms are clean but dated, the minibar never worked, there’s only one power outlet, the beds are old, and the bathroom floor was stained. On top of that, the hotel is tucked away from any markets and sits on a quiet, low‑traffic street, which isn’t ideal if you need conveniences nearby.
