The location was fine, but there was no front desk, a lot of noise from nearby rooms and the floor above, the café visit was a waste, the staff was stiff, breakfast was cheap and the cutlery was dirty.

The room was clean, fairly large and beautifully decorated; the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious with a bathtub and also clean. The receptionist was very unpleasant, never smiled and seemed annoyed by our arrival. Unfortunately there were parties in Pedraza and the music went on until 5 am, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. The lady who gave us the keys was very snappy and unfriendly, as if our arrival bothered her.
