The staff were great, friendly and helpful, and they even offered me a drink at check‑in. However, there was no hand soap in my bathroom, and the tub spout kept running even when I turned on the shower head, which cut the pressure; by the time I noticed it I was already undressed and should have asked for a different room.

Loved how close to the airport and downtown it was. Pillows were thin as crackers the bedding was thin. Water didn’t have much pressure or very hot. The balcony door barely opened and always got jammed. Only 1 ice machine was available in the building

The property had a nice outdoor area to relax in and the room was spacious, but there was no complimentary lobby coffee—just Starbucks—and the coffee wasn’t hot, and breakfast was limited.

It was good, and having almond milk helped because I’m lactose intolerant; I was also greeted with a lot of help. The staff were amazing and I felt right at home. Nothing was wrong, it was great and the nearby shops were amazing, so I’ll definitely come back on my own. I would have liked to explore more of the gym if I could.
