My husband doesn’t eat breakfast, so he just had coffee while I ate eggs and sausage; however, he has walking issues, we were on the 2nd floor, and he doesn’t do stairways very well, but we managed to go up and down.

“Would not stay here again! Or other Coublestone hotels!”

The bed was comfortable and the location was good, but I didn’t have a TV remote to operate the TV, there was no trash pickup and I just got a stare from the front desk when I asked them to dump it; the sheets on the King bed didn’t fit, the stale beagles, gross eggs, and sour milk were disappointing, there were no ADA push‑button doors for wheelchairs, my card was charged twice at checkout, and the GM blew me off when I mentioned these issues, showing no empathy or sympathy.

“Will travel to Kearney next year instead”

The location was good, but the TV/remote didn’t work, the room was dirty, and breakfast was dismal.

The hotel is clean, updated, everything works, and the staff are friendly and helpful; I will go out of my way to stay here again.
