The accommodation has a great location, is very clean and fully equipped. The hosts are wonderful; our car battery was dead and they helped us immediately and without hesitation. Breakfast was plentiful and lovingly prepared. I absolutely recommend staying at Guest House Toska.

I was close to the city centre, not too busy, and the hostess was amazing—she pulled out everything for breakfast, super sweet.

The welcome was very friendly. The room was tidy and good value. Breakfast was delicious and well presented. The car could park on the property. It’s a bit contradictory because it’s ideally located, not high in the mountains and easy to reach, but that also puts it on a somewhat busier road. A bit noisy. The bathroom is a little small; my husband, at 1.90m, couldn’t fit under the showerhead.

We stayed one night and were able to check in at 12 pm. The old town is walkable, the accommodation is easily reachable by car, and we could park in the fenced courtyard. The host was very warm and friendly. The roof terrace is lovely and everyone can use it; breakfast is also served there. We could only book the 5‑bedroom room—just the two of us—so the price‑quality ratio was a bit high, but normally a double room would fit. The place has a certain charm and is run with a lot of love. In the bathroom/WC it smells like sewage, as in many Albanian accommodations, but we didn’t notice any odor in the room—so that shouldn’t be a reason not to book. The owners can’t do anything about that.

De gastvrijheid. Het heerlijke ontbijt. De locatie is top: rustig en op loopafstand van het centrum van Berat. Een aanrader als je Berat wilt bezoeken
