The staff were neat and friendly. The room was far too small and had no windows; it was only as wide as the bed and just one meter from the bed to the wall, which was far from what was described in the booking. It felt very cramped. The bathroom was fine.

De nachtdienst heeft voor ons een pizza gemaakt om 5 uut snachts haha. Het was echt super lekker. Bekende namen hotels, hoef je dat niet te verwachten. Top service! Raad het iedereen aan. De kamer was erg klein maar dat maakte het ook wel weer schattig

For my business trip, the location was perfect. The accommodation is easily reachable from Amsterdam Central, and the online check‑in was straightforward. Even though it was mentioned that there would be no windows, that turned out to be a real issue. It didn’t bother me for the two days, but you can’t just open a window for a quick breath of fresh air.
