“Great value, super friendly and awesome location!”

This hotel has been a great find - it's centrally located, a fantastic value, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The receptionists, like Muji and Age, are super nice and speak English, which made me feel welcome. My room on the third floor is quiet and comfortable, with good air con, wifi, and water pressure. The roof terrace is a highlight - it's a great spot to relax and meet other guests. My only complaint is that there's no hot water for drinks on the floors, just at reception.

Staying here was a letdown - the hallway was pretty gross, but my room was clean, which was a plus. That said, I was shocked they didn't provide toilet paper; I had to use the shower or buy some myself, which was weird. The room was supposed to have WiFi, but it wasn't working when I got in. There are better options in Medan, so I wouldn't recommend this place.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for a one-night stay - the wifi was strong, and I had no issues at all.

We loved the location, the lounge was nice, and the bed was comfy, but we were a bit grossed out when we found a dirty underwear under the bed that definitely wasn't ours. The room was also held together with tape - it was pretty weird. Still, we had a pleasant stay overall.

“savoir à quoi s'attendre”

The mattress and location in the center of Medan were definite positives, but the cleanliness was a letdown and we didn't get the breakfast that was included in the rate. When I complained, they offered us frozen food to heat up in the microwave, which wasn't exactly what we were looking for.
