“Por favor tomar nota a lo que no me gusto”
The food was very good, the water‑park games were enjoyable, and I liked the room a lot, but the room was handed over very late and I couldn't book the restaurant I wanted, so I was given the room at 6 p.m.🤔
Everything was very clean and the food was excellent, but the café staff were not friendly.
I was surprised to learn I had to pay at check‑in, because I thought the stay was prepaid. My credit card failed in Punta Cana (it worked in Panama), so we had to spend most of our Mash USD to settle. The facilities were fine, but the beach was awful with a lot of sargassum. The only bright spot was Darianna, who was very pleasant and helped with restaurant reservations. The sheets weren't changed when we arrived, but they were swapped the next day. The in‑room coffee percolator was broken, so we didn’t get our first cup until 7 am. That booking wasn’t prepaid and we were never told.
I didn't like it at all; the quality had changed, it used to be better, and the room service was poor.
“Muy bien”
The food and the comfort of the rooms were good, but the club’s music should be more traditional with our local music; they focus too much on reggaeton when there are people of all ages and backgrounds.
