The rooms were clean, but the air conditioning didn’t work properly and the TV was broken. Reaching reception required calling 3‑4 times.

The only highlight was the location. The air conditioning was noisy and malfunctioning, there was no hot water, and even after being told to keep the room tidy during the rebooking, the room remained unclean.

The location was convenient. I never received a hairdryer, despite it being listed in the room amenities, even after asking. The room wasn’t cleaned daily unless I requested it, and on the second day no one cleaned it even though I left a sign outside. The bathroom’s hygiene was lacking and the toilet was dirty.
