The bed.
The hotel was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Diego behind the bar who also worked as a waiter in the restaurant; my husband and I were very impressed by his willingness and professionalism.
The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room and bedding were comfortable, the breakfast buffet was good, the hotel’s location near the city centre and the Monasterio de Los Reyes was convenient, and the parking allowed me to keep my motorcycle safe. Nothing to complain about.
The location was fine. The breakfast was lacking and the place wasn’t clean; we found a candy wrapper next to one of the nightstand tables.

The place is well situated, the staff are pleasant, and a single night stay is perfectly acceptable. The building is rather old, though.
