“Great stay”

Everything was nice and clean, we loved the rooftop pool, but the sink in the middle of the room felt a bit odd.

The staff were very pleasant, the location was good if you want to use the sky train, the pool view was great, and the breakfast was very complete. However, it was a bit uncomfortable sharing the elevator with people from other buildings when coming from or going to the pool, the pool itself was smaller than expected, the room was small for a five‑star hotel and quite uncomfortable; the design was nice but the sink in the middle of the room blocked movement, there was no space to put luggage, and overall I didn’t feel at ease or like I was in a hotel of that category.

The pool, breakfast menu, and hotel location were great, but the room felt cramped and the sink outside the toilet was impractical; the toilet itself was tight and small.

The staff were all welcoming and we even received a complimentary upgrade; every facility was spotless, and there was nothing to complain about.

“Modern, clean and good location”

The staff were very friendly, and on my birthday they arranged towel art and a birthday cake for me, which was so sweet.
