Rooms feature air conditioning, a minibar, satellite TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer, all within a 20-minute drive from Turin's city centre.

The location was good and the pool was also fine, yet the noise was excessive; we constantly heard our upstairs neighbors, which was very disturbing. The breakfast was chaotic; the staff had no overview and we even had to wait for a table to become free. The front desk staff seemed uninterested.

The hotel and staff at reception and on the floors were positive, but the breakfast was poorly prepared for the number of guests; nothing from sweets to bacon, eggs and other items was available.

I had a great stay; the breakfast was superb and the pool was nice, though the room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, clean room, attentive staff, breakfast, gym, overall facilities, and the golden suite complete with all accessories and a welcome kit that included a stocked minibar. Everything met our expectations fully. The LED lights in the in‑room hot tub wouldn’t turn on, the Wi‑Fi frequently dropped and never reached its peak speed, and the TV only connected to the internet via a LAN cable. Finding the hotel’s main entrance was also a bit tricky.
