The hotel's location is amazing, right next to the Wetland and close to the metro, and the room was really spacious. The staff were super friendly and nice too. However, we had a bit of a letdown with breakfast - the buffet was closed for two days and the delivered breakfast was cold and not very good. Also, the room wasn't as clean as we'd like, with hair left in the shower from previous guests.

The location is pretty good, and it's not too pricey - you can even get a better deal if you just show up. Unfortunately, the place was a mess, and we had some issues with the bill and communicating with staff. The breakfast was also a letdown, not very good at all.

It's super convenient that the hotel is within walking distance to Xixi wetlands. That being said, our arrival was a bit of a disaster - no one was there to help us with our luggage, and the rooms we'd booked were already taken. We got upgraded, but had to wait ages in the lobby with our two-year-old, and then another 45 minutes for our room to be cleaned. To make matters worse, the rooms only had tea, and at that price, I'd expect some basic coffee to be provided.
