We were touring Shanghai and chose this hotel, which turned out to be a great decision. The staff were polite and quick to respond, and the rooms were kept very clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including local Shanghai specialties, and I strongly recommend it—perfect score!

The check‑in was quick and the front desk staff were genuinely friendly, making me feel welcome right away. My room was spotless, the linens were soft and I slept like a log. Breakfast had a good variety and even a comforting late‑night porridge was offered. The hotel is quiet, well‑equipped and I’ll definitely book this place again.

From the moment I arrived until I checked out, everything felt smooth and pleasant. The room was immaculate, the bed super soft, and the big balcony gave a nice view of the little garden below. The hotel’s location is a real plus if you need to be close to the office, which saved me a lot of commuting time. Unfortunately, none of the staff spoke English, so getting basic information was a hassle.

The staff were friendly and quick to assist whenever I asked for something. The room itself lacked a fridge, which was a bit inconvenient, and the ducks outside were louder than I expected in the mornings. Overall, the service made up for the minor annoyances.
