The location was excellent, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout. The bathroom was poorly maintained—the toilet seat was loose and the shower water alternated between freezing cold and dangerously hot. The room’s cleanliness was awful, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for two weeks, with dust and black dirt on the floor that caused severe sneezing and allergies in our children. The air conditioner also didn’t cool properly, making the room uncomfortable during the heat.
