The location was close to the city centre and beaches. The shower was dirty, no soap or shower gel for a 4‑star hotel, and the bar/fridge in the room was completely empty.

The location was good and there was a paid parking under the hotel. The smell in the bathroom of the 4‑person room was unbearable; the room itself was clean overall, but a constant, intolerable odor from the toilet made it impossible to use it with the door closed.

Being right in the heart of Biarritz feels like a dream. The room offers stunning views of the beach and lighthouse. The apartment was huge and ideal for a group. We’ll definitely come back!
