The room was spacious and pleasant, clearly kept clean, and the breakfast was more than satisfactory. I went to the spa with high hopes, but it turned out to be terrible – the facilities were fine, yet the therapist gave a completely half‑hearted massage, which left me very disappointed and even angry, dragging my overall rating of the hotel down sharply.
