The room was clean and pleasant, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is right in the centre and badly soundproofed, so it’s not quiet at all, especially on weekends.
“Loud music all night long”
STAY AWAY. The hotel sits next to a karaoke bar that stays open 7 days a week until 3 am, so I couldn’t sleep; earplugs didn’t help. On top of that, the AC wasn’t working! When I raised the loud music issue, they blamed the karaoke bar for not installing sound‑proofing after repeated complaints from unhappy guests like me, and the hotel didn’t take responsibility or fix it.

The staff’s attention, their quickness in handling requests, and the hotel’s facilities were all excellent.
