The location was fine, but only one person manned the desk, and with large groups they should have had full staff; the bottom sheets were stained, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, trash lay on the floor behind the bin, and the fire pit was broken. My family, a big group, checked in at 4 pm and several of us had to wait because rooms weren’t ready until 7 pm, yet we were charged for that night—rooms shouldn’t have been charged for until after 6 pm. Very disappointed.

The place feels a bit old-fashioned for me; the bathroom is too small and the tub is so high that I wouldn't shower in it. It was fine for a single night, but I wouldn't come back. They really need to modernise.
