We spent two nights at Mambo Paradise and felt comfortable from the first minute. The location is very quiet and the beach is ideal for relaxing—especially nice that there were hardly any beach vendors. Because the tide is very strong, we used the great pool and comfortable sunbeds extensively. A huge thank you to the host Kasia, who welcomed us warmly and gave us great tips for our time on Zanzibar. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; you can really feel they care about guests’ well‑being. The accommodation itself also convinced us—rooms are spacious, stylishly designed, and modern. Food was also a highlight; the freshly prepared breakfast with a great selection was the best we had on all of Zanzibar, and dinner was always fresh and very tasty. We had a fantastic time and wholeheartedly recommend Mambo Paradise! The only downside was that we had only booked two days.

The property is cozy with a small number of rooms, and the restaurant is excellent, especially for fish. We couldn’t find a good spot for swimming because many boats were selling excursions. There’s no furniture on the patios yet, but the owner says it will arrive soon.

The hotel is on the sea, with fantastic cuisine, perfect value for money, and a manager and staff who take great care of guests. Unlike large resorts where we’re just a number, we felt special—thanks a lot, Kasia, for an unforgettable memory. The place is small‑scale and very peaceful.

Kasia ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin und das Herz von Mambo Paradise. Extrem hilfsbereit, Tipps, organisiert Touren und Fahrer und ohne sie wäre das Feeling ein anderes. Ein sehr ruhiger Strandabschnitt, wenig zum Baden geeignet, dafür mit schönem Pool. Toll zum Erholen von der Safari. Danke Kasia 😘
