The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was cozy, the staff were very attentive, Francesco helped and gave advice, and the continental breakfast was good. The shower was clogged, but the bath was out of this world. The parking was the most uncomfortable part – there were few spots and the entrance was very narrow.

The room and breakfast were fine, but the room was warm when we arrived and the breakfast table could have been fancier.

We had a fantastic stay, mainly because of our host Francisco, a brilliant sommelier who let us taste wine in the lobby while he explained local vintages. He even suggested a great winery for our next stop in the Cachapoal Valley and acted as an excellent local guide, recommending a soup festival in Curicó. His hospitality and knowledge made the trip unforgettable.

The hotel is clean, spacious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is roomy and comfortable, located centrally and 50 minutes from Parque 7 Tazas. Everything was fine.

A nice place that fit our needs for visiting 7 Tazas, with staff who were very attentive and welcoming. However, we felt a table and glasses were missing in the room, even though there was enough space to add them. Outside, there was a suitable area for working, but not inside the room.
