“A good option if you’re looking for a clean and modern place without spending too much.”
If you can spend more, staying at one of the resorts along the Kwai River is probably the best option, but for a medium budget I’d suggest this new, modern hotel instead of an older, run‑down one. The building is freshly built, so everything feels clean, bright, and fresh. The staff’s English wasn’t great, yet they were friendly and helpful, and it was clear they were doing their best to communicate, which I appreciated. The hotel is about 2 km from the Kwai River; the location isn’t very central, but it’s fine for the price. They didn’t provide slippers, which surprised me since I’m used to them in hotels—maybe that’s just a Thai custom.
