After several requests and follow‑ups, I still haven’t received my invoice for the reimbursement of my business expenses, which is unprofessional and disappointing; the door of the 8‑person dormitory bathroom scrapes the floor, making noise and waking other guests.

The price‑quality ratio is decent, the hotel is small‑scale and the owner is ready to help guests. The parties can be shut off, which mattered to us. I heard from friends that it was a good hotel and now I’m convinced.
