I was really disappointed with this place. The moment I stepped in, I could smell the mold and rust everywhere. The hotel's in a bad state, and they charged me extra for a room with some airflow, which was basically a joke. They moved me to a rooftop room, but it was even worse, so I asked to go back to the original room. To make matters worse, they kept the difference I paid for the room change, even though I only spent two minutes in the new room before asking to switch back.

Unfortunately, this place was old and a bit dirty. The moment I walked in, I could tell it needed some serious TLC. The rooms were in a bad state, and the overall atmosphere was pretty grim. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The staff here were friendly, which is a plus. However, this is a basic Vietnamese hotel, and it shows. The beds are hard, the bathroom's functional, but not exactly luxurious. It's also worth noting that it's much cheaper to book on arrival rather than in advance, as it seems to be popular with hourly bookings. We booked here because it was close to the bus station, but I wouldn't recommend it to regular tourists.

The room was clean, the air conditioner worked fine, and the price was reasonable. When I complained about the lack of drinking water in the room, they actually gave us six bottles for three days, which was a nice surprise. However, the front desk staff weren't exactly welcoming, especially when they were in a rush. The lobby had a small step that was easy to miss, and the door key was a bit finicky. To top it all off, there was no free breakfast, and finding one in the morning was a challenge.
