The location was excellent. The staff was not particularly welcoming, and the information provided upon arrival was incomplete. The room was extremely small and looked quite different from the photos. There was no surface to put anything on and not even a chair. According to the message in the room, housekeeping was supposed to be provided every other day, but this did not happen. When we asked about it, we were told that we should have left the keys at reception. The room was cold and damp, and I had to ask for extra blankets as there was only a sheet on the bed. To make matters worse, one of the window panes was missing, causing drafts throughout the room

The mattresses and pillows were very good, and the breakfast was fine. There was no TV with closed‑caption channels; only digital TV with open channels.

The homemade breakfast had good options, simple but tasty. The atmosphere is pleasant, the pool is good, and the staff is very helpful. The bathroom was a bit small for a family trip with children, the room was simple but okay.
