Clean and neat, fully equipped and simple. The pillows in all rooms are very hard; I would highly recommend bringing your own.

The spot on Sani Pass Straße is pretty great, just about 15 minutes from Unterberg, and the view of the mountains and a lake is fantastic. The beds are super comfy and the room was spotless, so the price‑value feels solid. The décor is minimalistic with some nice pictures, and there’s a small terrace, but it’s not furnished with seating.
