The staff were the highlight, but breakfast was just okay. I find it absurd that they charge $6 per night to park in the Hampton Inn lot—it's like they’re gouging customers for every cent they can squeeze out. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns across the country and never had to pay for parking, so I’ll choose a different place next time because of this policy.

I liked the location, close to many shops, restaurants, and the highway, and the parking lot had plenty of greenery and shade, giving the hotel a discreet look. The room was very clean and quiet, and breakfast was tasty. The lobby was small for a Hampton standard and seemed like an older building; it looked worn out. The pool was out of order.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. We left something valuable behind and they were so kind to mail it back; we really appreciate their amazing service. There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel.

Audrey—if that was her name—was at the front desk in the morning and went above and beyond to remove the broken mirror so we could use the bathroom. When the maintenance person arrived, the cleanup was done quickly. The bathroom mirror fell off the wall and shattered on the floor at night.
