The location and breakfast were good, but the toilet in our bedroom wouldn’t flush. We called the front desk and nothing was done. We had to use the lobby toilet two floors below. When we went back to the front desk, the day manager said there was no maintenance staff on weekends and that she would go up to the room to fix the valve, which never happened. They also wouldn’t give us a different room.

The breakfast attendant needs more training. He was standing in the back room doing nothing while all the tables were dirty. Coffee and hot breakfast items were empty, so you had to ask him for refills. The breakfast itself was good, though.
