The food and beach were good, but the hotel was a bit overcrowded, there was too much crowd, there was no beach bar at the beach, and no fitness centre for exercising.

Hello! I’m really grateful to the front‑desk staff, especially Irina, for welcoming us and checking us into our room. They explained everything and were very helpful, and I also want to thank the rest of the team. The housekeeping is excellent, with tidy rooms and polite girls. I was assigned to room Yana and Zayneb, and I give them special thanks. Cleaning happens daily, towels are changed, and there’s a lot more. The entertainment program is good, always busy and engaging. The kitchen and buffet are superb—shout out to the chef. The Romanov tour agency is nearby, where you can find tours for any taste. The hotel’s location is also great. We’ll come back again. 🤝💓💓🥰🥰 I liked everything.

I chatted now and then with Marina, who took tourists to factories, Ali Bey from the hammam and the staff there, Yunus Bey who prepared the shisha, and the animators; those people made my stay at least tolerable, huge thanks to them! On the other hand, the reception is staffed by very rude women, Irina and Sultan, whose constant passive aggression was noticeable, and a Turkish guy working both in the restaurant and snack bar was a real jerk. Booking a room for one night without reading the reviews was a big mistake I’ll never repeat. Internet costs 3 € per person per day and didn’t work the first two days; when I asked for a fix I was told to wait for someone to come, yet they kept the money and never refunded the difference. The room felt like it belonged to the pre‑war era, with shabby furniture and a reminder note about extra charges for damaged furniture; even a broken balcony lock was a rare inconvenience. The wardrobe only had two hangers for a double occupancy, the hair‑dryer acted on its own, sometimes turning on in the middle of the night, and I lost an earring after searching under the bed, which was a nightmare. Dust and trash were so evident that cleaning seemed only superficial, even before the next guest arrived. During breakfast I found an insect in the greens, handed it to the chef who quickly removed it and apologized. Cleanliness is lacking; it was the first hotel in Turkey where I actually disliked the food, and I only drank coffee from the machine at breakfast.

A solid 3‑star hotel that includes a lot in the price, such as a free bus to the sandy beach. If you want to try different food, plenty of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Old Town is a 20‑minute walk. The restaurant could offer more variety.
