The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late due to a faulty code. However, the value for money wasn't great, and the breakfast was pretty basic. The internet wasn't working when I first arrived, and the equipment in the room felt a bit outdated. To top it off, parking was a hassle.
